چکیده
To enhance the mechanical properties and damage resistance of prefabricated monolithic composite beams, this study introduces HPFRCC precast mold shells as a replacement for ordinary concrete in construction beams. These shell beam members are then subjected to experimental investigations analyze their flexural properties. The results indicate that U–shaped exhibits excellent bonding with post-cast concrete, no significant peeling observed. Moreover, compared cast-in-place RC HPFRCC/RC beams demonstrate 17.2% increase peak load 24.55% yield load. Similarly, show an 8.1% 5.59% In comparison both cracks observed denser finer, smaller crack development rate width. findings suggest incorporation materials improves members.

Experimental Strengthening of the Two-way Reinforced Concrete Slabs with High Performance Fiber Reinforced Cement Composites Prefabricated Sheets
Reinforced concrete structures need to be strengthened and retrofitted for various reasons, including errors during design and/or construction, so in most cases strengthening of structural elements is much more economical than rebuilding the structure. Using HPFRCC with tensile stiffening behavior has been developed to strengthen the concrete structures over the recent few years. In this paper,...
متن کاملPerformance of Composite and Monolithic Prefabricated Vertical Drains
With the increasing use ofprefabricated vertical drains in the improvement of soft clay there are many types of these drains, both composite (with geotextile wrapping) and monolithic (without geotextile wrapping), available in Malaysia. Some engineers have the impression that all drains perform satisfactorily. However, case studies have shown that there are cases where vertical drains failed to...
متن کاملChloride Permeability of Damaged High-Performance Fiber-Reinforced Cement Composite by Repeated Compressive Loads
The development of cracking in concrete structures leads to significant permeability and to durability problems as a result. Approaches to controlling crack development and crack width in concrete structures have been widely debated. Recently, it was recognized that a high-performance fiber-reinforced cement composite (HPFRCC) provides a possible solution to this inherent problem of cracking by...
متن کاملMonotonic and fatigue performance in bending of fiber-reinforced engineered cementitious composite in overlay system
This paper presents an experimental study and theoretical analyses on the monotonic and fatigue performance in bending of a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber-reinforced engineered cementitious composite (ECC) overlay system. The influence of the interfacial characteristics between overlay and old concrete substrate on the overall bending performance is investigated. The experimental results show th...
متن کاملRetrofitting of Reinforced Concrete Beams with Steel Fiber Reinforced Composite Jackets
In the present study, a new method for retrofitting reinforced concrete beam is introduced in which steel-concrete composite jackets containing steel fiber is used. For this purpose, 75% of the peripheral surface of reinforced concrete beams was initially reinforced using steel plates and bolts, and steel fiber reinforced concrete was used between the steel plates and the peripheral surfaces of...
